Offering Nationwide Photo Booth Hire.
We are plesed to take bookings by telephone and by email, to book all we need are your full contact details, date of event and venue name.
Once we have received your contact, venue and date details, we write to you by email attachment with full written confirmation of your booking, this acts as a contract between our clients and HR Entertainment Limited the suppliers. We ask that you check all details, print and sign a copy of the booking confirmation and return to HR Entertainment with a small deposit payment. Your photo booth hire is then complete until the balance is due nearer the date of your event.
We take a small deposit of £25 per booking, this should be paid within 14 days after date of booking confirmtion. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque, payment details are contained upon our confirmaiton of booking contracts
Sorry the £25 is not refundable should you wish to cancel, although should you place another booking within 12 months of original date we will reinstate your deposit value against future bookings.
The balance fo your booking becomes due 14 days prior to the date of your hire, this can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Should you wish to pay the balance on the day of event we can provide this service for you with prior arrangement.
We provide a free photo booth strip design and personalisation service from our selection of strip templates, we also offer you a choice of strip designs from a selection of photo booth templates but at an additional small charge of £20.00. For more details click the ‘STRIPS’ tab on our website.
We offer a choice of photo booth strip sizes with our photo booth hire packages, these are 'Strip' 6 inch by 2 inch and 'Postcard' 6 inch by 4 inch.
We can yes, your photos and strips can be uploaded instantly to your or our social media account, alternatively we can also upload to our site offering guests a link to view and share. Please note though that not everyone is will to have their photos appear online or made available to share. .
Digital copies are forwarded to you by a download link sent in an email a couple of days after your event. This is included in your package. If you wish to have your copies made available on the day or evening of your photo booth hire we have a small £10 charge for this service.
HR Entertainment carries public and employers liability insurance and we are insured for all events. Your venue might also ask about PAT certificates all our equipment is tested yearly and all documents are supplied promptly upon request either to clients or to the venue directly.
Our 'Curved' photo booth is 1.5m (wide) 2m (long) 2m (high). If space is an issue we also have two other booth styles that are smaller, please see Model 12 Retro Photo Booth hire for details.
It take us between 30 and 45 minutes to complete the setup of our photo booths but we will arrive a minimum of an hour before our starting time. Setup time is not included or counted as part of your operational time.
We always supply a professional photo booth attendant with our photo booth hires, the attendant shall encourage your guests to use the booth and place copies of their photo booth strip into your memory book photo album leaving a message. We prove a compete service assisting with every aspect of you photo booth hire.
Our photo booths can offer your guests a choice of Colour, Black & White or event Cartoon! We have may diferent styles of photo to choose from full details on the features section of our website.
We use photo lab quality printers the same as photo processing labs use, these are fast at printing and print touch dry photo quality prints immediately.
When 'video messaging' is enabled your guests have the choice to leave a message before enjoying the photo booth options, these messages are made into a movie for you to enjoy and are forwarded post event with your email transfer download link.
The photo booth is set up to print 2 copies of each photo booth strip, one for the guests and one to be placed into your photo booth guest book or album. We encourage guests to leave a message using the gel pens we proved offering you what we like to call a ‘Memory Book’ filled with photos and messages from your guests at your wedding or party. This is a really nice addition to any photo booth hire providing you with memories for many years to come.
Of course, we are flexible in the services we offer all clients, should you wish your photo booth to be set up before guests arrive at the venue and taken down after guests leave we can arrange that, or if you think your guests would like more time to enjoy our photo booth hire this can also be arranged. Terms and Conditions of photo booth hire booking
The provider – HR Entertainment Limited
The client – the person or business making the booking.
The following terms and conditions set forth an agreement between the provider and client with regard to the hire of a photo booth. This written booking confirmation sets out the hire package and price agreed between the provider and client and shall supersede any and all prior written or verbal agreements.
Operational period – the provider agrees to have a photo booth operational between times contained within booking confirmation should any booth maintenance be required this shall be contained within the operational period and shall be kept to a minimum of 20% of this period.
Operational Space – the client should be responsible to arrange an adequate operational space for the photo booth hire and an access time to this space of at least 90 minutes prior to starting time.
Cancellations, amendments and postponements must be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellations or postponements of the photo booth hire by the Client, the full fee will be payable (including the forfeiture of any deposit where applicable) although a reduced fee may be negotiated if a period of at least 90 days notice prior to date of event is given.
The Client agrees to pay a deposit of £25 within 14 days of issue of this contact dated overleaf. The client agrees to pay any balance before 14days prior to the date of their booking unless prior arrangement between HR Entertainment and the Client has been made.
In the event of HR Entertainment, the Performer(s) or Suppliers(s) being unable to fulfil this Contract due to illness or accident, HR Entertainment will undertake to provide where possible replacement personnel or services of a similar standard where third party suppliers may be offered as an alternative.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or their guests.
The Client shall indemnify provider against any and all liability related to Clients event during or after Clients event. The Client shall indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Client.
